Frustrated and disappointed

I requested a certified copy of death register (vault copy) of my husband death certificate in February 2022 where they said it took six months to get it it's over six months now and heading to a year, I can get my children inheritance because of this delay, it's been a year now since my husband passed away and we still struggling to get a lousy vault copy. I have been running around home affairs every time I visited them they say to wait for two weeks I don't know how many two weeks I have waited, I even call home affairs in Pretoria to date nothing has been done every time you talk to a different person it's a new story our government is failing us really I even ask them to give me Aron Motsoaledi 's number or email and they said they are not allowed. I am now out of options and my children will forfeit their inheritance and won't have money for them to register next year.
