Frustrated....

I'm really frustrated with Orlando west 707 home affairs, I had app**** for my child's birth certificate in January they said I'll get it in June..I didn't hear anything from them the whole of June beginning of July I went they said they couldn't even check if its ready for collection or not cause their system is offline... we approaching August now still nothing from
