I used to write systems for a living. One of the last critical steps prior to making a system live is TESTING!!. The online registration is a joke. I you don't know/remember the password and use the 'forgot password' option you are presented with a screen where you can specify a secuity question THERE IS NO SELECTION MADE AVAILABLE!! Then when you enter your data and send the program crashes with : Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
