There's my mother's benefit that I am supposed to claim since she is deceased and I am the only child she had, the company needed a letter of Authority, I went to the Master's Court to apply for one, the shock of my life, the system shows that my mother had another child and she is still alive (this system is linked to the Home Affairs), so they can't issue the letter whilst there's another child, "I have to find her so that we can apply for the letter " together as the children if the deceased and claim the estate together" so I went to the Department of Home Affairs to verify this information, indeed there's another child, I tried to get more information about this "sister" of mine they said they do not have the authority to issue the information about that person, they were very rude, unhelpful and they didn't want to hear my story. As far as I am concerned my mother never had any other kids I am the only child she had. It is clear that Home Affairs issued this "other child with an ID **********ly. This is an inconvenience for me as now I am because I am now stuck I can't proceed with the claim because I need a letter of Authority and it cannot be issued without my " sister ". Someone is out there living a life at my cost, emotionally so. South Africa is a country run by *****ed Authorities, *******ion is everywhere in the government facilities because of greedy people in the government I am struggling. We are not taken Seriously in this country... This is the Government we are voting for. Palesa Molapo
