********** Identity document of my mentally destubed uncle.

Hi my name is Elizabeth and I am 39yrs old, I have a mental unfit uncle that stays with me at my late grandmother's house in Naledi. I've been looking for his identity document for the past years but I can't find it. Yesterday I went to Orlando home affair to request for a reprint of his ID document, but to my suprice they couldn't help me because they said he app**** for a smart ID in May 2019 and he did collect it. As I was trying to explain to them that it is impossible that he went himself to the department to apply for ID because this person is mentally disturbed since 1987/89. They said i must bring him to the department for them to verify his fingerprints! I explained to the he won't be able to come with me not unless if they come home and take his fingerprint. They said they can't help me I must go SASSA to request his identity number yhooo. I left there so frustrated and crying as if they said he was dead! I mean He can't even remember his birth date or year when I ask him. He doesn't even bath or take care of himself since I don't even remember the years as I grew to this age knowing him like this. He is sometimes aggressive towards me and my kids but I just keep quiet because I know he will live me and not beat me when I keep quiet. It sad to live with a person like this because when he's sick the hospital can't even admit him because we don't know his details. I know for a fact that someone out there is using his identity and I would like to know who is that person and where did he get my uncle's details to apply for an ID? Why did he **** my uncle by taking and using his details? In a case of if he can die which undertaker would help us burry someone who is leaving double lives or should I say who doesn't exist? He is know 60yrs this year and I wanted to go an apply for a social grant for him but I can't. I humbly request hellopeter to please help me get information on how to sort this situation and help me get an ID for my uncle. He is a special case because he won't even go with me to home affairs to do finger prints. He's always roaming the streets of Naledi with dirty clothes and carrying bags which I don't even know what's inside. He is not harmful to people in the street but he looks threatening and scary. I sometimes wish that my late grandmother was alive maybe she was going to do something about it. Please help urgently.
