Formal Complaint – Delay in Document Corrections

Hi I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding the service we have received from the Department of Home Affairs.

We app**** for corrections to certain documents nearly two years ago, and we are still waiting for the amendments to be finalised. During this time, we have repeatedly submitted the same required documents, yet no assistance or clear feedback has been provided.

We have visited both the Stellenbosch and Paarl branches on numerous occasions, but unfortunately, we receive the same response each time with no progress made. Additionally, when we attempt to call the offices, our calls go unanswered.

This prolonged delay has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. We kindly request urgent assistance and clear feedback on the status of our application, as well as guidance on what further steps we need to take to resolve this matter.
