Formal complaint about maponya mall home affairs in soweto

<p>My name is tilly baloyi my contact numbers are *** I went to home affairs maponya mall today at about 08:45 where I was assisted by Mr ambross ragwadi who was very rude to me .I wanted to reapply for a death certificate of my late husband ,he a lledged that he can't assist me I must go to Orlando home affairs ,I drove to Orlando they sent me back to maponya .I then drove back to maponya where I requested for the same man who assisted me he told me I must go back to Orlando she I tried explaining he a lledged he doesn't have time to explain one thing to me nor argue with me ,I asked to see his manager he took me to a lady known as Ruth whom I never saw and apparently ,Ruth also claimed not to be @ work but she was there the servise to me was really bad & traumatizing as I'm pregnant Mr ragwadi left me there standing noticing I'm not coming out he came back ,I told him I'm taking this matter further .he a lledged I must go on it won't go anywhere .I was crying when I left where I was assisted by a security who told me about bara mall home affairs .I drove there to bara where I got excellent help .I ended up @ murlbarton hospital where I consulted because of the trauma & pain caused by home affairs employee </p>
