FNB vs DHA

Once again Department of Home Affairs is in the spotlight.

Go onto the home affairs BAB system to make a booking with FNB Cornubia, the system works to a point to take my money and then from there doesn't work to allow for bookings.

I contact DHA to ask about the appointment at FNB Cornubia or at least getting my refund and they say I need to contact FNB cornubia, I contact FNB they say contact DHA.

All the while I have lost R 1200 of my money - no booking has been made and I am now out of pocket.
