Fix your IT

I had an appointment to get my smart ID in January. They were offline and had been the previous day too. I was told to come back on Monday, no appointment needed. I was too ill and one week later I was diagnosed with the worst possible cancer.

I went back and explained my situation. They were more than considerate and caring, doing everything they could to help me. Absolutely wonderful people. And I will keep going back until I get my ID. Why? I have about a year to live but hope to vote 2026/27.

But they were let down by their IT.
