First Birth Certificate issue

<p>My Daughter was born the 28th of November 2015 and as she is my first child i was not sure the proceedures to register her.</p> <p> </p> <p>red on line that we needed to register her with in the first 30 days of her birth. We did on the 23 december 2015</p> <p> </p> <p>today is the the 20th of May 2016 I still have not recieved my daughter Birth certificate </p> <p> </p> <p>i sent emails to the head office for info as i am not able to continue my family last will and testimony without her BC</p> <p>I am not sure if the staff is paid or they are volunteers that need to issue these Birth Certificates</p> <p> </p> <p>please could i get some advise on how to expidite the process </p> <p> </p> <p>many thanks </p> <p>Hilton Kennedy</p>
