Feedup citizen

This country is rotten. This year on the 26th marks it a full year for us to change our child's surname. Home affairs people are not doing their work, they don't give you feedback on how far the process is. I have been to the offices and I have been calling but I have not been assisted. Terrible service I need help I just don't know where to run to now as this thing has taken this long. Home affairs please do something about this because it's so tiring.
