FED UP

Hi i went to change my name had to go back to home affairs 3 time because the line was to long and they cut us off at 14.00 was there every time before 7.00 . now im waiting for my id its been mounts . i cannot go for my license or move i cannot do anything because i have to wait so long for them , they never miss tea time or lunch . then after that they will stand and talk to each anther even if they can see how many ppl there are the help they just dont care when you phone they cannot even give you a answer only saying it is not finalized yet . and then they want to get rude for what its not them losing money because they cannot renew there license. its ME bud they want more money FOR WHAT SITTING THE WHOLE DAY TALKING FOR HOURS HAVE LUNCH AND SUBMITTING ONE FORM EVERY 10 HOUR IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT . WHY MUST MY LIFE HANG IF THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB. IT IS JUST GETTING WORSE AND WORSE THE SERVICE IS WORSE THE WHAT I CAN EVEN PUT INTO WORDS .
