Fast, Friendly and Efficient Service

I went to the Edenvale branch and was met with very long ques outside from people waiting for passports, id's and other. I needed to print a birth certificate and went to the security to ask in which que I must stand. He directed me straight in (skipping all the ques) to the very last counters for births, marriage and deaths. The short que went very fast and I quickly realised why. Masemole Ntapedi (Joyce) was effectively helping people to get the right documents and send them to pay without having to get to the front and then to the next que etc. She was friendly and efficient and was helping other people in the que whilst assisting me and waiting for the system to catch up. Going above and beyond to make an otherwise tedious dreadful day wonderful. I walked out with a smile on my face, happy and relieved that everything went so fast. Well done!!! (maybe they can address the long ques for the other services)
