Failure to offer services

Thembinkosi Mgxashe and the father Victor Mgxashe visited the offices on tree 20th April 2018 for birth registration of Thembinkosi Mgxashe. An interview was also conducted at the home affairs branch, but the application was only captured in the year 2021. The applicants to date have not received any feedback nor correspondence from the department whilst the applicant is struggling to make a living with no birth certificate not an ID at age 35.

The reference number of the application is *** which has not yet been submitted to Pretoria for track and trace, according to an enquiry made at the Roodepoort home Affairs office. The personnel at the Port Elizabeth home affairs is not providing the relevant services to the applicants and that is totally unacceptable.
