Failure to change my Death Status

Very disappointed with Home Affairs, 2018 i found out that I'm declared dead at home affairs. So i tried correcting that problem with home affairs 2019, i was able to get the ID but the status hasn't changed. So i get a letter from Home Affairs in Pretoria that state that I'm alive, they said i should use that but they have fixed that problem. It's 2025 now the status hasn't changed, i can't do anything because when i try i get rejected because of my " dead" issue..
