Failed to rectify my surname

I was born in 1993 on the 11 of November, my mother Judy Maqame app**** for my birth certificate...when the certificate returned my surname was spelled \Maoame"instead of \""Maqame\""...I've been to the home affairs so many times and their failing to their job properly"
