F ### BAD SERVICE

My husband & I arrived at the home affairs in Pinetown at 6:00am on 07/10/2015 to make passports we stood in a que until they opened at 8:30am we received a number *** and P17 but we had to form another que at the car park area everyone had to stand in between cars, at 11am the line was not moving we got tired of waiting & drove to the home affairs in Isipingo were we was told they are not doing passports for the last 3weeks as their computers have been ******. On 10/10/2015 we arrived at the Umgeni home affairs at 5:45am stood in the que again a lady was taking people's names down & we was number 52 & 53 on the list so at 10:00am we was told they have reached their quota of 136 applicants everyone must leave so we left & arrived at the home affairs in Pinetown again this was at 11:00am we stood in the line and waited we had the tickets from 07/10/2015 which we then approached the manager Rubeshnie Pillay she advised us to go wait in the line, there was 17 people in the que & a man comes & says he can only hand out tickets to the first 10 the rest of you have to come back another day we complained & they refused to help us. I mean *** is going on with the homes affairs no system
