EXTREMELY SLOW

My wife app**** for permanent residence via Vfs as the condition is in April 2016. VFS said on the invoice that it takes 8-10 Months. 17 Months since then and no reply. This is crippling, because she is already 7 years in the country married to me, SA citizen, and have to still aply for visa, because the PR takes so long. That means Vfs will make another 1350 on our back, because H Affairs are so slow
