Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service recieved since yesterday at 9h00 at Elukwatini branch in Mpumalanga waited to collect my ID and I was not assisted due to the poor system according to the explanation of the office Manger I left the office at 4h00 and was promised to be assisted today I arrived at 7h50 this morning until now it is 10h00 still waiting to be serviced.I was number 1 on the collector’s list but still I’m waiting I’m so frustrated knowing that I’m going to stay for another day sitting on those rocks waiting to collect my ID This experience makes me to feel bad to be a South African I acknowledge the office manager who tried to address us but it was late but still we are waiting even today
