I'm writing this review as a last resort after months of frustration and disappointment with the Home Affairs office in Themba. I app**** for my ID in January, but it's now August and I still haven't received it. Despite visiting the office monthly, I've been met with excuses and empty promises.

The constant response is that my ID is "stuck in the system," with no clear solution or timeline for resolution. As a matric student, I urgently need my ID to write my exams, but Home Affairs seems unconcerned.

To make matters worse, I've been advised to write emails, which have been ignored. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I've received and urge others to be cautious when dealing with this office. I hope someone takes notice of my plight and takes action to resolve this issue.</div>
