Excessive delay on Application

I have submitted an appeal application to the DHA via VFS on February, 16, 2015 and up to day, 9 months and 10 days later, I still don't have any feedback. When I track my application online, it says that my application was received on Feb 18, the question is, why is there no feedback up to today. All attends to contact officials in the appeal division continuously lead to an dead end, and all emails sent to Reginah Moneo remains unanswered.<br> <br> Frustrated, no, it is not the word, that kind of service is way beyond frustrations, specially when your life if on hold because of officials who clearly have no considerations of the fact that you do need a permit to live and work in South Africa. How should one's survive with no income and no jobs for over 9 months when there are bills to be paid every single day?<br> <br> To be honest, there is no words to express my disbelieve right now and I just hope, somewhere, some how, someone will walk into that room and pick my file out of that dusty pile it is currently standing on and do have a look at it..... because, at this point, every single day that passes by is just killing me a bit more.
