Excelling in poor service

Home Affairs Eerstehoek (Nhlazatshe).

What a worst service ever. Only 3 people in queue but the wait it over 2 hours.

Had to come back the 3rd time today to collect my passport. Public servants always on calls instead of servicing the tax payers.

Rather it shuts down because it is as good as not operating.
