Excellent Work Ethic

I would like to commend Mrs. Nathan for her excellent work ethic when I was in need of my daughter's unabridged birth Certicate which some how has not been made available after 9 weeks. A further complication was that I had lost my receipt of payment and on explaining my dilemma to some of her fellow workers who were just sitting around and chatting I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not be helped. Somehow someone asked me to speak to Mrs.Nathan who took my daughters details and about 45 minutes later issued me a letter of consent so that we are now able to leave the country this coming week.<br> Well done Mrs.Nathan and I wish some of your colleagues would have that same work ethic as yourself.
