Excellent Service at Home Affairs

Good morning all,

In days where service is lacking and unfortunately often seen in government departments, it gives me great pleasure to pen this compliment.

I had to replace a ****** ID document rather urgently, a temporary ID was needed rather urgently. I went to one of the branches of Home Affairs in Gauteng- I shan’t give the branch details otherwise the whole country will be on their doorstep 😂.

Rindani, you and your team know who you are ! Well done guys and girls.

Phenomenal service! Met at the door by the Branch Manager. In and out in 1 hour 20 minutes. Flipping excellent service. You are a shining example of how it could and should be.

You restored my hope in customer Service, seldom even seen in the corporate sector.
