Excellent service

<p>I handed in an application for unabridged Birth Certificates for my kids in October 2015 at Home Affairs in Centurion.</p> <p>With our date of travel not too far away, I started enquiring as to when we can expect the documents to arrive. This I have done in January, February and end of March.</p> <p>On Thursday 12 May, I was refered to the supervisor Mr Mpho Makwakwa, who immediately made an effort in allocating the application's werabouts. He apologized for the long period of time it took and explained that it will be corrected immediately and to come back on Wednesday 18 May.</p> <p>On the same day even, I received a sms indicating that the certificates are ready for collection.</p> <p>Thank you very much Mr Makwakwa for walking the extra mile.</p> <p>The tickets are booked and we can travel on time.</p>
