Excellent Management Skills

Very often we complain about government institutions and do not give compliment where its due. I think the department of home affairs is used to complaints and *******ion issues that even on their website there is no details for giving complement. I would like to give a great compliment to Mr Jabu Mgobozi who runs the Home Affairs on Commercial Road, Durban. Yesterday many of us were nearly unattended because of time and the long queue. But he was able to welcome us and sat us down and explained the possibilities of not being attended looking at the time etc. He was very polite and very dedicated in his work. He saw an issue and got up to take charge. There were about 30 of us and he addressed us accordingly and assured us that they will try their best. He went on to direct the queue and sending people to each consultant and handling each and every person on that queue except for one RUDE man who might complaint but I speak on behalf of the 29 odd people who are happy. At the very same time he would make jokes with us which put us at ease. The man really loves his job. His staff was very good too. He surely leads by example. Well done Sir! p.s. Im not related to him at all :)
