Evaton home affairs (mafatsane)the service is verry poor, the lady at the front desk is rude, they dont separate the lines,it's the 2nd time coming to collect and experience the same thing. Our appointment was 9 to 10 ,I'm with kids wearing school uniform but now it's 12:29 still no one has attended to any of the people that had booked for collections
