escalated 5 times-no passport-***

I app**** for my Passport in February, After no response i called the call center and escalated the complaint, not once, twice but FIVE times . I keep getting the message \its at images". This has now been escalated 5 times as of today. If there is a problem with photo advise please.<br> I wrote the Minister on April 3 as well as his Assistant whom he recently bragged about on News 24-Nobuhle Mazibuko on 6 Apil 2015.
