ERRORS ON UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE: SHARLET ABOO - *** 086

<p>Aside from the prompt response I received stating my unabridged birth<br />certificate is ready for collection, I went to fetch it today ONLY to the<br />number of MISTAKES!!!!</p> <p>Firstly:<br />My ****en surname was Dunmun & NOT Dynmun<br />Secondly:<br />My father's surname is Dunmun& NOT unmun<br />Thirdly My parents ID numbers are:<br />Mom - Rangela - 630 ********** 085<br />Dad - Moonilal - 570 ********** 081<br />As I see both their ID numbers are not on the certificate.</p> <p>When I enquired about this all I got was blank looks&said this is not an<br />issue!! What level of incompetence is this? This is an important document,<br />that I URGENTLY require & what I clearly see is typo's (typing errors)</p> <p>I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS BACK AND FOURTH FOR A RESPONSE! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THAT I URGENTLY REQUIRE AND THERE IS ABSOUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY OR RESPONSE, AS TO WHO WILL RECTIFY THIS AND WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!!</p>
