Error on the unabridge birth certification

In July 2014 I app**** and paid for the unabridged birth certificate for my daughter. To date I am still waiting for the document. Each time I phone the call centre on ***, I am told that there is a person assigned to this and it is marked as urgent on the system and that I should phone back in 72 hours if I have not received the unabridged birth certificate. So I phone every 72 hours only to receive the same excuse. Then I ask for a processing unit which I was given as ***, however this phone is NEVER answered.<br> <br> This is really frustrating & unacceptable because I don't know where to get help any more. - Who is going to help me?
