Error on my surname

Good Day Sir/Madam

I hope you are well.

My ID number is *** . I have an issue with my surname its Mcikizili instead of Mcikizeli I app**** for correction 4 times already since 2014 but i never got any response I have made my last application at Home Affairs in Motherwell Port Elizabeth Its been over a year now with no response. Its 1 Alphabet that need to be fixed ,the incorrect surname is Mcikizili on my ID but the correct surname is Mcikizeli My Matric certificate have the correct surname now i am unable to get employment because my details do not correspond with my ID. This is really a frustration to me as i am currently unemployed. I will really appreciate if someone can look into this matter.
