Error made by Home Affairs Official

Germiston Home affairs official made a mistake when typing my daughter certificate, when they have to fix it its a process that no one will know when will it be fixed, when there fo seventh time being told one thing head office has not returned my certificate or we have not took the certificate to HOD...since from the 29-May-2020 till now my daughter doesn't have a birth certificate. made all means by emails,by going the physical using taxis and money to get the response will call you, will call you, no help at all...their service is very poor with Bad attitude, that even if you call their office numbers it will be busy then ring forever.
