Enough is enough

If i could rate 0 starts I honestly would. The service here is very consistent.. consistent at being a total mess. The disorganisation is shocking honestly for a branch of government that literally the whole country relies on. I see more people manning the tills at a fast food joint than any home affairs ive been too out of 10 stations only two are occupied and office full of people lining up from outside even. Shouldn’t the high number of people motivate these branches to have more people in their work stations to be able to service everyone in a manageable time. You can wait up to 7 hours plus at one home affairs. The website isn’t helpful for some of us as it has some sort of problem whereby no matter how long you wait no application forms are downloaded or even shown. Traveling is not as enjoyable because you still have to go through thw shlep of going to home affairs and waiting forever. And one thing common in branches is that the people seeking service are more bothered by overfilling numbers and bad service than the actual staff at these branches... simply unacceptable and has been going on for far too long.
