employ persons whose dedicated to what they employed to do

i went to home affairs umgeni road durban to apply for smart card ID along with my wife & my son. we all app**** almost the same time different consultants...... we tracked our application by sms 32551 ( R1 per sms) my wife & i ... ID pm its way to where we app****... as for son sms 4 times returns no record sms ref. no. ref no. sent message back no application record call this no .... called no high call volume be patient 67min. phoned again 1 hour 32 minutes until battery life gone this is pathetic on day of application 8 hours 25 minutes if these people do they jobs properly you won't have high call problems i need someone from home affairs to sort this out or email me what to as i not going to wait in the the que for them to rectify their flipping stuff ups ....
