Embarrassed

Very upset with how things are done in Phalaborwa home affairs, the way I was so embarrassed today, came early to do application for passport, went in while waiting for 2 hours in a line that is not even controlled but was turned back as if am mad or lie, one lady even said she saw me i have been here for long My request is improve your waiting period was embarrassed even now am so embarrassed
