Can someone please explain to me why old people like my mother of 85 has to stand in a queue from 8:30 in the morning until 5pm in the afternoon to exchange her old Sassa card for a Post bank card, just to be told she has to come back because it is closing time?????? The government has absolutely NO MERCY, NO RESPECT and NO SYMPATHY for the elderly. It is a DISGRACE how the elderly folks are treated!!!
