Edenvale home affairs

Got here around 7am, at 9am we are told system is offline. Wait for about 1 hrs then ran out of battery, requested for security assistance he told me to sit by the door then out of nowhere he says I must move. Manager(daniel) of the department intervenes by basically telling me to **** off. He obviously has no business being in this post because he has no skill whatsoever to deal with customers
