Dysfunctional e-Home Affairs web site

To avoid the queues at the DHA offices, we tried to file an application for a replacement ID on the e-Home Affairs web site. We were able to create an account and login, but the site rejected the first 3 OTPs before allowing us in with the 4th. When trying to login the following day to upload the documents, we never even got to the OTPs as they rejected 14 Captcha codes before we gave up. Don't even go there.
