Duplicate ID

<p>My younger broker wanted to apply for his learners and it was discovered that he shares his ID number with another person based in Vereeniging. The consultant at Home Afairs in Jan Kempdorp (NC) was not helpful at all. They've attemtpted to contact this person, but was not successfull and somehow implacted that it was my brothers fault. I want this matter sorted out, how should w investigate this without any assistance from Home Affairs. His ID number is ********** 257084 . His name is Sharidon Felendian Daniels. I need this matter sorted, how is he suppose to live his life!!!!!!</p>
