Doris Gqaji - ***********, Rude & Disgusting Attitude

Disgusting and appaling behavior from Doris Gqaji @ Bellville branch. I asked her a simple question regarding collection of my passport and asked her to confirm. She became very rude and started shouting at me and insulting me in her mother tongue and then English. I asked why she's being rude and escalating the matter and she once again became defensive and shouted at me. I asked her if she felt her rude and insulting behavior is right and she said yes it is, and I must just deal with it because it's Home Affairs. Disgusted and appalled.
