Documents taking over a year to be given

<p>In July 2015, I requested unabridged documents for myself and some family members. I still have not recieved these documents over a year later from the department. I have involved the deputy minister as well as heads of the various departments that deal with these issues at the Home affairs department, but to no avail. My many emails have gone in vain, as well as a number of countless hours waiting for a response at the department itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely this information should be accessible to the public, should they require it.</p>
