Documentation of a Child

My daughter was born here in South Africa and I am a Zimbabwean national, she got a manual birthcertificate from Home Affairs and she has been using it at school all these years, she is now 11. I got a letter from school mentioning that they will not register her for 2020 with that manual birthcertificate, they now want a passport with a permit. I adhered by applying for her passport with the Zim Consulate in September. With the economic situation in Zimbabwe passports now take more than a year to come out. May you help me with a temporary documentation that will allow my daughter to go to school as it is part of her rights to be educated.
