divorced since 2008

I'm not really happy with home affairs, I have apply for divorce in 2008, everything was done accordingly but till today my status says married and ive reported this to home affairs. Mr Maluleke promised me that he will sort it out but nope he didn't. I'm getting married in September and looks like I might need to cancel the wedding. I really don't know what to do.
