Dissatisfied South African Citizen 😡😡😡😡

One has to go through all the trouble in getting a booking. Eventually you get one and pitch up on the date and time given. But you still have to wait in a line just to get a ticket number to collect your items. Be minded the appointment time has lapsed.

1.So my question can't anyone see this is not working for Stanger, because your systems are outdated. 2.You also don't have enough staff to assist. 3. Very poor ventilation, no aircon or fans 4. No toilet system 5.Rude and unhelpful security 6.Poor ergonomic's - Being seated for hours in terrible seats.

Something needs to be done about this urgently. It's not like they are not generating any income to sort out issues.
