Dissappointed in my Government

It is the 5 April 2024 the time is 4H20 and I am on my way to home affairs for the second day in a row. Although I did an online application for a new passport followed all the steps did the payment I am unable to do the finger prints and photo at a normal hour of the day I have to go this time wait in a line for home affairs to open at 8. Yesterday I went to 4 different home affairs offices waited in lines for hours only to be told I didn't reach their limited number for the day the last office told me they only taking 5 more people and I was the 7th person cause it was time for them to close this was 2H45 and they close 3H30. If the banks took off a huge amount of their work why are people still standing outside in all conditions waiting for hours to be help just to be told they wasted a whole day and lost a day income our government should really work on a better system our people are not being treated with dignity and respect by their employees 😪
