Disgusting treatment from Randburg Home Affairs

Last year November Ive app**** for a passport for my son, when I phoned them to enquire as I was not receiving any messages to come and collect, I was told to bring my son to reapply. Fast forward I went to check if I can collect and they told me there was a system error I have to re apply.

I was so shocked, angry and disappointed as I was using my petrol, time and days went by without being assisted.

Had to cancel my son’s trip twice.

What a trauma and waste of my money and time that department caused me.
