Disgusting / Terrible!!!

<p>8 attempts to get in the door of an office of DEpt of Home Affairs. Either too many people and we are turned away, or they are offline. 4 difference branches tried. 16 wasted hours! Still no further with our quest to renew kids passports. Bye bye holiday! TRuly disgusted, saddened and SO frustrated. Going to newspapers, Cate Blanch and anyone else that will listen. They wont even care, so probably wasting my time and effort.</p>
