DISGUSTING STAFF ATTITUDE

<p>Today at about 11:00 am my mother and I went to your branch on durban, commercial street. Upon arrival our first stop was the meeter greeter desk where there was a gentleman at the desk assisting someone so we stood behind the person being assisted waiting for them to finish so we may get direction on our matter since we did not even know where to go. After some time sthembiso sithole comes and stands next to us and in a very disgutingly rude tone shouts at us and says, I quote "KHULUMA!!!"("TAL****"). My mother then starts explaining that we just came from the bank and had trouble verifying her thumb prints. But as she started her sentence sthembiso sithole pointed at the person behind us very rudley interrupting my mother and ignored her whilst assisting the person whom was behind us in the queue. After assisting the person behind us he pointed at my mother and she explained her story. The gentleman whom was already assisting someone when we walked in took her fingerprints and told us to wait on the bench. When a printout of my mother's verified thumb prints came sthembhiso sithole again very arrogantly and very rudely shouted WOZA!!!!(COME!!!). HOME AFFAIRS, I was impressed by your system that we got assistance at the first desk we approached but could not fully appreciate that because of the disgusting attitude of your employee sthembhiso sithole.</p>
