Disgusting service from umngeni home affairs

It is so sad to look at the staff switching on and off their computers pretending to be offline.I booked an appointment a month ago I went there with my child yesterday sat there the whole day.when it was my turn to be assisted they made me run around with the baby switched off their computers took their bags and left pretending to be affline..i was asked to go back today to join the queue again I will be assisted if they are online…it is said that there’s people who have jobs but don’t want to work whereas there are people who are desperate for work ..umngeni home affairs their service is pathetic !!!!!!i am not willing to sit there another day someone out there need to catch a wake up and help because wow the service is disgusting !!!!!!!!
