DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM HOME AFFAIRS

This dept has to be the most inefficient useless *********** dept ever, the queues are **********, who has 6 hours out of a working day to waste, only to find when you get to the check in point you get told we have completed our quota for the day, Closing time is 15h30 yet you get told at 14h45 - come back tomorrow we too busy. there are thousands of SAs that need competant assistance, most offices have 5 tills open - really WAKE UP SA SARS puts you to shame. Home affairs office at STD bank are useless they dont answer their phones, you try book appointment online - its impossible - this dept clearly is the worst run in the country and something has to be done we are not a 3rd world country - im sure I am one of millions who will agree the service is beyond pathetic and causes the most stress PLEASE CAN SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THE LACK OF SERVICE
